Groups:

Unless otherwise stated, my groups are held in the app Telegram. You will therefore be required to download Telegram in order to access the channel. No other methods are provided. Please ensure you are clear on this prior to purchase, as no refunds will be given if you missed this detail.

 

For 1:1

By purchasing this 1:1 you agree to the following:

• Any cancellation will require at least 48 hours notice, after such time no refund will be given.
• Missed sessions will result in the full session rate being charged with no refund. Time is our most precious resource, so let's be respectful of one another's time.
• All sales are final, refunds are not given.
• Your 1:1 will be booked and taken within 3 months of your purchase of this 1:1.
• You will download the app Telegram and send me a message @thehealingjigsaw to let me know your handle. Otherwise I will be unable to call you at the allocated time which will result in the session being cancelled and no refund given.

 

For digital products:

All sales are final. There are no refunds.
